Yes, you can apply with a foreign master’s degree as long as the degree is equivalent to a United States master’s degree

Although we advise applicants to evaluate their foreign degrees, you can submit your petition without evaluating your credentials.

 EB2-NIW is not limited to STEM professionals. Professionals in any field of arts, social sciences etc, are equally eligible to file for EB2-NIW.

Providing evidence of publication is one of the ways you can demonstrate your accomplishments in your field. However, if you have not published any paper, you can provide other evidence such as patents, research grants, newspaper interviews, invited talks, professional licenses, presentations at conferences and angel investors. The evidence varies from one person to another.

 You can file for EB2-NIW from your home country or country of last permanent residence.

You must fill out and file forms I-140, ETA 750b and G-1145.
